Special Note: Pool Parties

Only Homeowners can schedule a Pool Party. These must be scheduled ahead of time. Parties are limited to 10 guests and the use of only 2 tables. A $50.00 deposit is required 5 days prior to the party. This will be refunded if the Homeowner cleans up completely after the party.
